Mohamed is someone who genuinely has his clients’ best interests at heart and isn’t afraid to give you his honest opinion. We’ve really appreciated having someone we can trust to give us thoughtful, candid advice rather than simply tell us what we want to hear.
What also stands out is the amount of preparation he brings to every conversation. We’ve worked with several realtors, and Mohamed does far more homework and information gathering than anyone else we’ve worked with. He comes to every discussion exceptionally well prepared, with a thoughtful and well-informed perspective. That combination of honesty, preparation, and work ethic is truly unique and something we really appreciate.
I’ve been telling all my friends that if they’re thinking about buying or selling anywhere in the GVRD, they should reach out to Mohamed and get his opinion. The only mistake you could make is not seeking his opinion first!

Selling our condo in Guildford, Surrey was such a positive experience thanks to Mohamed and his team. Mohamed was actually our realtor 19 years ago when we bought this same condo, so it was an easy decision to have him be our listing agent when it came time to sell. From start to finish, the process was professional, stress-free, and communication was excellent every step of the way. His marketing strategy and guidance made all the difference, and we couldn't be happier with the smooth sale. We highly recommend Mohamed and his team to anyone looking for the best realtor or listing agent in Surrey!

We worked with the Mansour Real Estate Group to sell our home in Langley, and they were excellent listing agents. We listed our home in a very challenging market, and it was essential that we sold in a timely way. Mohamed went above and beyond to understand what we needed, and he made the process smooth and stress free. We felt supported throughout the entire journey, and we were pleased with the sale of our home. We would recommend the Mansour Real Estate Group to anyone in the Fraser Valley.

Mohamed and his team were such a pleasure to work with. We sold our condo and bought our first home through them. They are a super knowledgeable and efficient team. They took away the stress of becoming a first time home buyer and made it an exciting process.
Super grateful for this team. Highly recommend!
