Event Participation Waiver, Release of Liability & Media Consent

By clicking “I Agree”, I acknowledge and agree that this Waiver and Release of Liability (the “Agreement”) applies to me and all participants I am registering, including any minor children for whom I am the parent or legal guardian (collectively, the “Participants”).

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participation in events hosted, sponsored, or organized by Mansour Real Estate Group, Mohamed Mansour Personal Real Estate Corporation, and their related entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”) may involve activities that carry inherent risks. These activities may include, without limitation, arcade games, skating, laser tag, go-karting, physical play, walking through facilities, and being present in crowded or active environments.

These risks may include property damage, personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death, whether caused by my actions, the actions of others, venue conditions, equipment, or other circumstances. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia and Canada, I waive, release, and forever discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in any event, including claims based on negligence, except where prohibited by law.

This release applies to claims arising before, during, or after the event and includes use of all event spaces, facilities, equipment, and surrounding areas.

3. No Responsibility for Third-Party Venues

I acknowledge that events may take place at third-party venues not owned or operated by the Released Parties. I agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for the condition, supervision, operation, or safety of any such venue or equipment.

4. Health and Conduct Representation

I confirm that:

• I am physically and mentally able to participate safely
• I am not under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or illegal drugs
• I am not taking any medication that would impair safe participation
• I agree to follow all posted rules and instructions

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without compensation or refund.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from my actions or the actions of any Participant I register.

6. Minors

If I am registering a minor, I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian and have authority to execute this Agreement on their behalf.

7. Media, Image, and Likeness Consent

I grant the Released Parties the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, and voice, and that of all Participants I register.

Such media may be used for any lawful purpose, including marketing and promotional materials, without compensation or approval.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

10. Acknowledgment

I confirm that I have read and understood this Agreement and that I am agreeing to it voluntarily.
